‘Spill the Chai’ is an event hosted by Happy2Thrive and TCNJ MannMukti. Both organizations focus on spreading mental health awareness and destigmatizing mental illnesses. The purpose of this event is to bring together South Asian content creators/public figures for an informal, but intimate discussion surrounding their mental health journeys in an effort to raise more mental health awareness within the South Asian community.
